Following the measures taken to contain the novel coronavirus, some attention was drawn to the matter of maintaining the physical performance of soldiers in limited circumstances. This scientific paper analyses the problem of the “detraining” effect and proposes an efficient strategy to counter this phenomenon, in relation to the degree of its severity.
