Az al-Kaida és az Iszlám Állam afrikai képviselői: a túlélés és terjeszkedés stratégiája

A Magyar Honvédség 2022-ben jelentősen csökkentette részvételét az EUTM Mali kiképzőmisszió keretében, a Barkhane művelet lezárulása és a tervezett többnemzeti, különleges műveleti Takuba misszió elbizonytalanodása pedig még súlytalanabbá tette Afrikát a stratégiai tervezésben, különösen mikor az európai kontinensen, közvetlen szomszédságunkban nagyszabású államközi konvencionális háborúr zajlik. A nemzeti és euroatlanti értékek és érdekek védelme azonban az erőforrások mérlegelésével távolabbi régiókban is fontosak, így a szubszaharai térség továbbra sem kerülhet ki a kutatói szféra, a hírszerzőelemzői közösség, illetve a politikai és katonai vezetés figyelmének köréből.
