Review of “Defeating Jihad: The Winnable War”

Miss Pákozdi’s field of research is the operation of Middle-Eastern terrorist organizations and the aspects concerning Europe (migration, process of radicalization, the spread of radi-cal ideology, the relations between terrorism and organized crime). She was a student of International Relations studies at Corvinus University of Budapest, with specialization in European governance, and continued her studies at the National University of Public Service’s Master’s course in international security and defence policy. Besides, she is a member of the Radicalisation Awareness Network and the president of the Hungarian Youth Atlantic Council (HYAC).

Currently he attends Eötvös Lóránd University, Faculty of Humanities, studying Oriental Languages and Cultures, Chinese Studies. Since 2017, he has been an intern at Hungarian Defence Forces General Staff Scientific Research Centre. He speaks seven languages (Hun-garian as a native language, English, German, Chinese, French, Spanish, Arabic), and he is particularly interested in various peoples’ historical and modern cultures, politics, and relations.
