Absztrakt

After recognizing the civil aspects of energy, nowadays it is inevitable to examine these questions from the side of military, too. Energy research is very important in the defence sector now, and several international organizations make serious efforts in order to make the importance of these issues recognized, and support researches in the field of energy security and energy efficiency, trying to find new methods and technologies to supply military units with energy.

Lt Col Zsolt Végvári

is a senior engineer officer in the HDF Logistics Centre/Research & Development, Science and Standardization Department. He has had a Master’s Degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Budapest since 2000, and now he is a PhD student at the Military Engineering Doctoral School of the National University of Public Service. He is the National Representative of Energy and Environment Working Group and CapTec Group Systems of EDA and Smart Energy Training and Assessment Camp of NATO. He frequently publishes scientific articles. His special interests are communication technology and electrical energy issues.
