The engine of the T-34 “Winner” tank, considered the best tank in World War II, also deservedly received a lot of attention from the developers of combat vehicles in the post-war years. Already in the war, the V2 tank engine stood out from its peers for its reliability and good operation. As a result of continuous improvements, a very reliable engine family has developed. These engines then appeared in many cutting-edge new combat vehicles and civilian applications until the 2000s. They still operate reliably in several types of military vehicles still in the system.
