On February 24 2022 a new period began in European history. Russia attacked Ukraine and created a new situation in Europe. Most of the experts looked forward that Russia, who has significantly stronger and bigger economic and military capability will achieve its strategic goals in a short time. It did not happen. Instead of analysing and understanding the whole picture, numbers come to the wrong conclusion, that MBTs and IFVs are obsoleted and they are unnecessary in the modern battlefield.
