Defence vehicles in the system of public service of bomb disposal tasks

Abstract

The explosive ordnance disposal tasks during the public duty deserve highlighted attention in the military engineering system, due to the fact that professionals do their job in constant danger to their life. The appointed unit of the Hungarian Defence Forces has to handle thousands of alerts in Hungary in the framework of their public duty. During this process, it is necessary to render safe remnants of war in different locations, which demands high quality, specially designed military vehicles for professionals. As we see, the combined engage of three different military vehicles shown in our study is a proper solution to solve the challenges of explosive ordnance disposal tasks in our country.
